Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: On-site Kolkata (Flexible)
Education: Min. Higher Secondary(12th Pass)
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹17,000

Role Overview :
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Omni-channel Communication: Engage with clients primarily through Live Chat and Email, ensuring response times meet company benchmarks.

  • Verbal Support: Conduct outbound/inbound calls when necessary to resolve complex queries or provide personalized walkthroughs.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone to build long-term trust with our trading community.

  • Data Entry: Accurately log client interactions and feedback into our CRM to help improve our product offerings.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years

  • Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Language: Must be Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts to support our 24/5 global market operations.
