About the Role We are hiring Customer Service Executive to support US-based healthcare providers in completing their onboarding and account activation process. This role involves outbound calling, document follow-ups, CRM updates, and ensuring compliance-driven onboarding. Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to US-based healthcare practitioners regarding pending onboarding documents • Explain documentation requirements clearly and professionally
• Perform timely follow-ups via calls and voicemail
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Track document status and ensure timely account activation
• Escalate cases as per defined process guidelines
• Adhere to data confidentiality and compliance standards Required Skills Must Have
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Confidence in outbound calling and customer interaction
• Basic knowledge or exposure to CRM tools
• Willingness to work US night shifts
• Comfortable with work-from-office setup Good to Have
• Experience in US healthcare, insurance, or onboarding processes
• Prior experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, or similar tools
• Experience in documentation, verification, or compliance processes Shift Details
• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
