Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Required Language Combinations
Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following language combinations:
Hindi + Telugu
Telugu + Kannada
Kannada + Hindi
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and systems.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
