We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who possess strong communication skills in multiple regional languages and are eager to build a successful career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely resolution.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

Required Language Combinations

Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following language combinations:

  • Hindi + Telugu

  • Telugu + Kannada

  • Kannada + Hindi

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
