Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and support.
Follow communication standards, operational procedures, and company guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in any one of the following language combinations:
Hindi & Telugu
Telugu & Kannada
Kannada & Hindi
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes and systems.
