As a Junior Customer Support Executive / Junior Customer Delight Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication. This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in support operations.

Your Role in Shaping a Thriving Future at PropertyAngel

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and support tickets

  • Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer concerns

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Use communication and problem-solving skills to build positive customer relationships

  • Support daily customer service operations and team activities

Qualifications

  • Academic Credentials – Higher Secondary Education (12th Pass) / Graduation preferred

  • Experience – 0 to 4 years in Customer Support / Customer Service

  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

  • Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory

  • Basic knowledge of CRM or Freshdesk is an added advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
