Customer Support Executive – E-commerce Inbound (Work From Office)
Location: Ranchi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced

Role Summary:
Handle inbound customer calls for an e-commerce process and resolve queries related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer calls
Resolve order & service-related queries
Maintain call records in system
Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:

Good English & Hindi communication
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
Experience proof required for experienced candidates

Work Details:

9-hour shift (6 days/week)
Rotational shifts & week off
Work from office only
No cab facility
