Job Overview:

Altruist Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black process. This is a voice-based role where you will manage customer queries and offer top-tier support for Airtel’s bundled services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries related to Airtel Black services.

• Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.

• Provide accurate information, resolve billing/technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using the internal CRM.

• Meet quality and performance metrics consistently.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.

• Good listening and problem-solving ability.

• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (from any discipline).

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Should be comfortable working from the specified office location.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Take-Home Salary: ₹17,880 per month

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month

• Total Potential Earnings: ₹19,880/month

• Additional company benefits as applicable.

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week

• Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

• Shift: General Day Shift (Timings will be discussed during the interview)
