Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Semi Voice Process
Location: HSR Layout

Salary:18000 to 25000 (takehome)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for a Semi Voice Process to handle customer queries through both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat/email) channels. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels (calls, chats, emails, etc.)

  • Understand and resolve customer issues, complaints, or queries in a timely and effective manner

  • Document all conversations and maintain accurate records in the system

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as needed

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
