Salary & Benefits
Freshers CTC: ₹18,000 + ₹1,000 Performance Incentive (PLI)
In-Hand During Training: ₹14,000 – ₹14,500/month
In-Hand Post Training: ₹15,000 – ₹15,500/month (including ₹1,000 PLI)
Position Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium Domestic Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers through inbound voice support, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice support.
Resolve product and service-related concerns with accuracy.
Deliver a high standard of customer experience on every interaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer conversations.
Achieve quality, productivity, and process compliance targets.
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs
Work From Office (Jaipur)
Important Note
The initial 3 months of training will be conducted at the Mansarovar, Jaipur site. Upon successful completion of training, the permanent work location will be Sitapura, Jaipur.
