Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (BFSI Domain Preferred)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Industry: BFSI (preferred) / BPO / Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are actively seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate should be ready to attend a virtual interview today and join the office as early as tomorrow, if shortlisted.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively through voice, email, or chat support.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a professional manner.

  • Resolve issues within agreed timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

    • Preference will be given to candidates from the BFSI sector.

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (from a recognized institution).

  • Availability: Must be available for a virtual interview today and willing to join the office from tomorrow, if selected.


Compensation:

There is no fixed salary bracket for this role. A decent hike will be provided on the candidate’s last drawn salary, in line with experience and performance in the selection process.
