Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Blended process Inbound, outbound, Email, complaint and review management.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any field

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi (all written and verbal)

  • Min 6 months of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, food delivery platforms

  • Must attend one week of in-office training in Mumbai (Khar)

Laptop, Wi-Fi, smartphone and power backup are mandatory when working from home

Job Type: Full-time, 1pm-10pm (6 days a week)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
