Oliva Process: Premium cosmetology, skincare, and haircare lead conversion campaign.
Traya Process: Premium hair wellness and product support campaign (via Radical Minds).
Job Description & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding advanced skin, hair treatments, or wellness products.
Lead Conversion & Booking: Guide prospective customers, resolve queries, and book walk-in clinic appointments or product sales.
Customer Support: Handle customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure proper issue resolution.
Data Management: Accurately update and log customer details into the CRM system for proper lead closures.

Education: 12th Pass or Any GraduateGraduate preferred (Undergraduates with 1+ year BPO voice experience can apply)
Experience: Freshers to 2 yearsFreshers to 5 years
Mandatory Languages Fluent English + Hindi AND (Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati) Fluent English + Hindi AND (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu)
Salary Structure (Take-Home)
Oliva Process:
Freshers (0–3 Months Exp): ₹20,000 per month
Experienced (1+ Years Exp): ₹22,000 per month
Traya Process:
Flat Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on interview performance & experience)

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Job Location: Bangalore
Shift (Oliva): Rotational shifts with 6 days working and rotational week-offs.
Shift (Traya): General Day Shift.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or banking customer service is a major plus!
