Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact prospective customers to pitch offerings and respond to incoming customer queries.
· Lead Nurturing: Qualify prospects, schedule follow-ups, and pass on high-potential leads to the sales team. Use data to discover powerful insights about customers. Monitor competitor activities and recommend action to ensure a competitive position in the market
· Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer details, feedback, and interaction history in company CRM systems. - Willingness to deep dive into each problem, understand and improve the key drivers of the business. Work with marketing team to develop marketing plans that support customer acquisition and retention priorities
Query Resolution: Address complaints and provide accurate information regarding company policies, pricing, and product features.
· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales quotas. Readiness to take on extra responsibilities and show complete ownership. Have a ‘Get it done!’ attitude.
Requirements & Skills
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi.
Persuasion & Resilience: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally and work under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and automatic dialing systems.
Education & Experience: Graduation; prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales is highly preferred.
