We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive who enjoys solving customer concerns and delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Job Summary

As a Customer Delight Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience through timely issue resolution and effective communication. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns, maintain service quality, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and service requests through calls, emails, and Freshdesk.
Provide timely support to property owners and tenants.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Track and follow up on customer complaints until closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Freshdesk.
Communicate updates professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate critical issues to the concerned departments when required.
Build strong relationships through proactive communication.
Ensure all customer requests are resolved within the defined timelines.
Contribute towards improving customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success.
Experience working with Freshdesk or any CRM tool is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first attitude with a positive and professional approach.
