Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently with a problem-solving approach.
• Log and track customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Meet key performance targets including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge. • Freshers can't apply can apply.
• Must be comfortable with work from office setup.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: Up to ₹16,000 in hand (based on interview performance)
