About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Life Insurance team. The role primarily involves connecting with potential customers over calls, generating leads, and driving sales by promoting suitable insurance products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads
Explaining life insurance products clearly to customers
Converting leads into successful sales through effective communication
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable policies
Maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure lead closure
Updating customer details and maintaining records
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth documentation and processing
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with telecalling and achieving sales targets
Basic understanding of sales processes
Experience in insurance or any sales domain preferred
Ability to build rapport with customers over calls
