Job Summary

PP Karting is looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to assist customers and support daily operations at our indoor go-karting facility. The candidate should provide excellent customer service, explain karting packages and safety rules, manage customer enquiries and ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain karting packages, pricing, session timings and available offers.
Assist customers with registration, ticket booking and billing.
Answer customer enquiries in person and over phone or WhatsApp.
Explain safety instructions and ensure customers follow all karting rules.
Coordinate with track marshals, cashiers and operations staff for smooth sessions.
Manage customer queues and inform guests about waiting times.
Handle customer complaints calmly and provide suitable solutions.
Encourage customers to leave Google reviews and follow PP Karting on Instagram.
Promote current offers, group bookings, birthday packages and corporate packages.
Maintain accurate booking, customer and payment records.
Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas remain clean and organised.
Report operational, safety or customer-related issues to the Branch Manager.
Support opening and closing procedures of the branch.
Perform other customer-service and operational duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Intermediate, Diploma or Graduate qualification.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, gaming, entertainment or mall operations.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers, billing systems and WhatsApp communication.
Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.
Ability to handle customers professionally during busy periods.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates residing near Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Miyapur or surrounding areas will be preferred.
