Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students from the database and explain various IT courses (Software Development, Programming, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc.).

• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and admissions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

• Handle walk-in inquiries and assist students with admission formalities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply; experience in education or IT sales preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).

• Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented approach.
