Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily customer calls and resolve their issues with a polite and problem-solving approach.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding company services and manage their queries.
Maintain a proper follow-up record to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Assist in making outbound calls to pitch our premium real estate projects to potential buyers.
Drive sales by converting interested leads and coordinate with the team for site visits.

Job Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 0 - 1 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, active listening, negotiation, and a passion for sales and query resolve
Shift & Working Days: Day shift, 6 days working week.
