Position: Merchant Experience Advisor (Relationship Manager)
Industry Preference: Fintech / Banking / Payments
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle merchant queries through calls, emails & WhatsApp
• Resolve issues related to POS machines, transactions & settlements
• Conduct welcome calls and guide merchants on product usage
• Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Educate merchants about offers and campaigns
• Promote additional services (Upselling/Cross-selling)
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions
🔹 Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes
• Basic knowledge of POS, UPI & digital payments
• CRM/Ticketing system knowledge is an added advantage
