Good day, I am pleased to inform you, Your profile has been considered for Customer Support Executive, We looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage enquiries across our offline store and online platforms. The candidate will handle customers, enquiry, social media, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and video shopping enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead closure which translate to sales and excellent customer service.
Its an backend role. Handling call's, Emails, Social Media Responses
Location: Commercial Street - Bangalore
Office Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Six Days week working
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries from all online channels (Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. (Omnichannel)
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion-Maintain a structured follow-up system for: Answered Calls-Missed Calls-Unanswered enquiries
Conduct follow-up calls/messages for answered and unanswered enquiries.
Update CRM/lead management sheets with status (New / Follow-up / Closed / Lost).
Share periodic sales and conversion reports with management.
Conduct regular follow-up calls/messages to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Provide product guidance on sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, and other ethnic wear collections.
Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and styling guidance.
kills Required:
Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
Comfortable handling social media and online enquiry platforms.
Good follow-up discipline and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of ethnic wear products preferred.
