The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders, returns, refunds, and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Team player with good time management skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
