Key Responsibilities

Customers ke queries handle karna (flight bookings, tour packages, visa, baggage, cancellations, refunds)
Flight tickets, hotel bookings aur holiday packages ki information dena
Check-in, boarding, baggage aur flight schedules se related support provide karna
Customers ko email, call aur face-to-face assistance dena
Customer complaints aur issues ko politely aur effectively resolve karna
Reservation systems aur travel software ka use karna
Domestic aur international travel policies follow karna
Company SOPs aur safety guidelines ka strictly follow karna
