We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as required).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
