Job Description:

⦁ Answer incoming calls & out-going calls from customers with inquiries on product orders.

⦁ Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe.

⦁ Proven customer service/support experience.

Requirements:

⦁ Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.

⦁ Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.

⦁ Immediate joiners Preferred.

⦁ Must have a good command & fluency in English.
