Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell TATA AIA Life Insurance products to prospective customers.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, customer interactions, and other sales activities.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Convert prospective leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Explain policy benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
