Job Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
· Provide accurate information about Livpure products, services, installation, and service processes.
· Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Adhere to company guidelines, service standards, and quality parameters while handling customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
· Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Salary & Benefits:
