Role: Customer Support Executive (International Voice)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound calls for travel and airline queries.
Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and ticket re-issuances.
Resolve customer issues regarding baggage, loyalty programs, and flight delays.
Maintain high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Shift Details:
Night Shift: Mandatory rotation as per US/UK/Australia business hours.

Eligibility Criteria:
Domain: Previous experience in Travel/Airlines preferred.
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate.
Skills: Fluent English (neutral accent) and basic computer knowledge.
