Job Description (JD) – Collection Executive / Recovery Telecaller

Position: Collection Executive / Recovery Telecaller
Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Payday Loans
Location: Noida Sector 63 / Dwarka, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Collections / Recovery
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Update collection status and remarks in the CRM/system.

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of collection and recovery processes.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Strong follow-up and customer management abilities.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, Tele Collections, or Telecalling.
Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Payday Loans, Personal Loans, or Digital Lending will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
