Job Description

As part of the Elite Biotech team, our customers are at the focus of what we do. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who enjoys communicating with people, comprehends customer needs, and has faith in providing solutions customer centrically.

As part of this role, you will be the initial contact point for our valued customers, allowing us to address any questions or concerns they may have, creating a smooth and positive experience as a result of every encounter.

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a polite and professional way

  • Be aware of the customer inquiries about our products, services, or processes

Address customer concerns with accurate and timely solutions, Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-throughs

  • Raise complex matters to the respective in-house teams when needed

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality

  • Meet the daily and monthly KPI requirements related to the handling and resolution rate of calls and obtaining feedback from the customers

  • Distinguish light cross-selling or upselling points wherever possible.

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-centric mentality along with a calm and professional behavior

  • Capabilities entail exposure to company processes that one should be able to clearly express. Customers play a significant role in

  • Basic computer skills and an interest in learning about CRM systems

Previous work experience in customer service/calling would be an advantage (Applicant can be fresher too)
