We’re Hiring | Customer Experience Specialist – Trading

📍 Location: Bengaluru

💰 Salary: ₹32,000 / month

⏰ Shift Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM (Rotational)

📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Week Off

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are hiring a Customer Experience Specialist – Trading for a fast-growing fintech trading platform. This role suits candidates who understand markets and can deliver fast, accurate support during live trading hours.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls

✔ Support customers on KYC, funds, trades & platform usage

✔ Provide real-time support during live market hours

✔ Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Product & Tech teams

✔ Identify recurring issues and improve customer experience

🔹 Requirements

✔ Futures & Options (F&O) trading knowledge – Mandatory

✔ Experience in Customer Support / Fintech / Broking Operations

✔ Strong communication & analytical skills

✔ Familiarity with Freshdesk, Exotel, or similar tools

✔ Graduate (Any discipline)

✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational week off
