Job Summary
We are looking for a Telugu Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries through calls, emails, and chat support. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to business customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels within defined turnaround times (TATs).
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, and chat support
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions within defined TATs
• Understand business customer requirements and address their concerns effectively
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams and follow up until closure Skills &
Requirements
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is an added advantage • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels (calls, emails, and chat)
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined TATs
Experience
• 0–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
