Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines during calls.

  • Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

  • Maintain customer databases by recording details of inquiries, conversations, and outcomes.

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience and feedback.

  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

  • Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, or additional information when required.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
