Full Time
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines during calls.
Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain customer databases by recording details of inquiries, conversations, and outcomes.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience and feedback.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, or additional information when required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the relevant language(s).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Patience, confidence, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
