Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues.

• Provide product/service information and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company offerings.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and processes.

• Meet performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).
