Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards
