Job Description
Dinfoapp Service Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Support Executive to manage client onboarding, WhatsApp Business API activation, client training, and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth activation of services and resolving client queries on a day-to-day basis.
This role is suitable for candidates interested in SaaS, WhatsApp API, customer success, onboarding, and business support roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new client onboarding and WhatsApp Business API activation
Assist clients in Facebook Business Manager verification process
Configure WhatsApp API accounts, message templates, chatbot basics, and campaigns
Provide training and demo sessions to clients on system usage
Resolve client queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution
Maintain client activation and support records
Follow up with clients for renewals, recharge, and service updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service operations
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
Good customer handling skills
Problem-solving attitude
Basic technical understanding will be an advantage
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / SaaS Support
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API
Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
Experience in SMS / Voice / Cloud Telephony / CRM tools
Education
Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred)
