• Maintain customer records and update system details accurately

• Achieve process targets and maintain service quality standards

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and communication etiquette

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC / Graduation Required (Depending on Process)

• Freshers & Experienced Candidates Both Eligible

• Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experience Required for Some Processes

• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills Required

• Versant 6 Quality Preferred for Premium Processes

• Candidates with BPO, Voice Process, Sales, Inbound, or Health Insurance

Experience Preferred

• Regional Language Candidates Preferred for Selected Processes (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Punjabi)

• Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Off

Salary Details

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
