Job Description

(PDCM)

Role Overview

We are looking for Level I FTEs – Patient Engagement Experts / Counsellors / Health Care Coaches (PDCM) to proactively engage with patients, understand their health status, and guide them towards appropriate medical care. This role involves outbound calling, patient counselling, and accurate data documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients suffering from various medical conditions to understand their current health status.

  • Counsel and engage patients regarding their health concerns and ongoing care.

  • Identify patient medical needs and effectively channel them to appropriate hospitals or healthcare facilities.

  • Ensure accurate and timely patient data entry into the internal portal/system.

  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while interacting with patients.

  • Follow defined processes and quality standards for patient engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Background:
    Science graduates / undergraduates (excluding IT background).

  • Experience:
    0 to 6 months of experience (freshers are welcome).

  • Basic understanding of healthcare concepts is preferred.

  • Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages (as applicable).

  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment.

Work Details

  • Shift: 8 hours per day

  • Week Off: 1 rotational week off

  • Location: Vashi

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Empathetic and patient-centric approach.

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

  • Ability to handle outbound calling and follow structured workflows.

  • Willingness to learn healthcare processes and patient engagement best practices.
