Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries via calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues, and capture accurate details
Create and manage support tickets in the system with proper documentation
Escalate complex or technical issues to L2/L3 support teams as per defined processes
Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution
Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their issues
Maintain proper records of interactions and resolutions
Adhere to SLA timelines and organizational policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Basic understanding of customer support processes and ticketing tools
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in customer support (Voice/Email/Chat)
Experience in IT/technical support environment is an added advantage
