Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Email)

Location: Noida Extension (Work From Office)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts


Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries via calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner

  • Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues, and capture accurate details

  • Create and manage support tickets in the system with proper documentation

  • Escalate complex or technical issues to L2/L3 support teams as per defined processes

  • Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution

  • Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their issues

  • Maintain proper records of interactions and resolutions

  • Adhere to SLA timelines and organizational policies


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Basic understanding of customer support processes and ticketing tools

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations

  • Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts


Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support (Voice/Email/Chat)

  • Experience in IT/technical support environment is an added advantage
