Job Description:
We are hiring for the JP Morgan Chase banking process, which involves handling transaction-related activities and providing support to customers. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to banking transactions.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all banking procedures.

  • Provide effective resolution within defined timelines.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve process targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.

  • Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be preferred.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary:

  • Fresher: ₹28,000 in hand

  • Experienced: ₹32,000 in hand

Working Days & Shifts:

  • 5 days working

  • 2 rotational week offs

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)

Additional Requirement:

  • Drug test is mandatory post selection.
