Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales operations for both Chicken Vicken retail/franchise customers and CPP (Processed Poultry Products) division clients. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Support
Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customer queries
Provide accurate product and service information
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
2. Order Management
Take and process customer orders (retail & bulk)
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch
Track deliveries and update customers on status
Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements
3. Franchise Support (Chicken Vicken)
Assist franchise partners with daily operational queries
Support billing, stock availability, and promotional communication
Ensure smooth communication between HO and franchise outlets
