Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Andheri East (HO) + Branches in Thane, Vashi, Pune, Bhopal
Job Type: Full-Time | Weekly Off: 1 Day

Eion Travelcare Pvt. Ltd. provides professional car and driver services to customers through its apps and support team. Most bookings are managed digitally through our customer & driver apps.


Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Take customer bookings (Call / WhatsApp / App)

  • Assign drivers and cars using CRM

  • Track trips and collect feedback

  • Basic computer/app usage required

  • Good communication in Hindi & English

  • Freshers welcome – full training provided


Shift Timings (Rotational):

  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM


Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (based on interview)

Incentives: Based on performance
Training: Provided
