1. CRM

• Maintain and update customer databases

• Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency

• Manage user access and permissions.

• Customize fields, reports, and dashboards.

• Segment customer data for targeted campaigns.

• Track customer lifecycle stages.

• Monitor customer interactions and engagement history.

• Generate and assign leads to sales teams.

• Track lead conversion and pipeline progress.

• Support email marketing and automation campaigns.

• Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Analyze customer trends and behaviour.
