Duty Hours: 12 Hours per day

Handle customer interactions via phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints through proper coordination between customers and staff.
Manage and maintain customer data, records, and reports in Excel and other tools.
Provide timely responses to customer queries with patience and a calm attitude.
Supervise daily operations and assist staff wherever required.
Maintain proper communication between operations team and management.
Perform all supervisory duties, including monitoring, reporting, and team coordination.
Good command over English (spoken & written).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and customer queries effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a cool-headed approach to customer concerns.
Prior experience in customer service/CRM or supervisory roles will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts.
Salary between ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience).
2 weekly offs.
