Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively handle all customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with fluency in English and a courteous approach.
• Follow up diligently with customers once orders are entered into the system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for repeat orders from long-term clients.
• Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure that all order documentation and paperwork are managed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant customer information and interactions.
• Make polite and timely payment reminder calls; follow up persistently on overdue payments.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability when managing client relationships.
• Act as a trusted representative of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive impression of our brand.
