Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 weekly off between Mon–Thu)
Kalki Fashion is looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage and grow customer relationships in our retail store. You’ll ensure top-notch service, handle customer interactions (inbound & outbound), manage loyalty and engagement programs, and work with data to drive satisfaction and retention.
Build strong relationships with customers via calls, messages, and in-store interactions.
Manage and update customer data accurately.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Analyze customer trends to support marketing and sales strategies.
Organize VIP experiences, events, and promotions.
Work closely with the store team to deliver a seamless experience.
Graduate with 2+ years’ experience in CRM or customer service (preferably in fashion/luxury retail).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and analyzing customer data.
Passion for fashion, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude.
