We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team and take our client relationships to the next level! As a CRM leader, you'll be the face of our company, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and expansion. You'll be a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer feedback, preferences, and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product development
• Lead complaint resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective solutions that exceed expectations
• Stay ahead of the curve with regular factory visits, training sessions, and industry events - Manage digital assets, including product images and marketing materials, using Dropbox

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in CRM, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in Exports, Construction, Manufacturing, or Design
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment
