Salary: Up to ₹46,000/month (CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service and Sales Executives for our Technical Customer Support Process in Jaipur.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Technical Support, Voice Process, Sales, Upselling, Cross-selling, or Customer Experience.

The role combines technical customer support with consultative sales, where you will assist customers through Voice, Chat & Email, resolve technical concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.

If you have excellent English communication skills, customer-handling ability, sales orientation, and basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through Voice, Chat & Email

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate technical support and troubleshooting

Resolve customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience

Identify customer needs and drive upselling & cross-selling

Achieve assigned sales targets and process KPIs

Maintain high CSAT, Quality, Productivity & Sales performance

Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems

Follow company policies, quality standards, compliance requirements and process guidelines

Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer service environment

Eligibility / Candidate Requirements

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience

Experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales / International BPO preferred

International BPO experience is highly preferred

Excellent English verbal and written communication

Strong customer handling and objection-handling skills

Strong sales, upselling and cross-selling ability

Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting

Customer-focused, target-oriented and confident personality

Comfortable working in rotational 24×7 shifts

Willing to work from office in Jaipur

Salary Structure

Experience Monthly Compensation

1 – 1.5 Years ₹42,000/month

1.5 – 2 Years ₹44,000/month

2+ Years ₹46,000/month

Compensation includes CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus.
