Position Overview:

The CRM Executive position is focused on maintaining strong post-sales relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing end-to-end support from order placement to payment collection. The role demands proactive communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all client leads are effectively managed after placing orders.

- Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Actively seek and incorporate genuine feedback from clients.

- Support clients from order receipt through to payment collection.

- Address and resolve client queries and complaints efficiently.

- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for product and service inquiries.

- Maintain proactive communication with clients to build strong relationships.
