Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer database and records
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service
Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Track customer feedback and service issues
Follow up with existing customers regarding orders, payments, and support
Maintain call records, emails, and communication history
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good customer handling ability
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
